• Prepare reports, manuals and other documents
• Monitoring system performance and Troubleshooting system errors
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support and respond to all computer-related issues in person, remotely and via phone
• Install, configure, test, maintain, update and troubleshoot operating systems, network, hardware, software, drivers and peripheral devices
• Perform and update operating system images deployment
• Assist employees with computer problems, answer their questions, train them and consult with them about their IT needs
